ANYBODY FRYING CATFISH OUT THERE?
Hey guys i'm new to this forum and would humbly like to ask for some advise. I'm building a food truck and I'm strongly thinking about doing a "southern Fish Fry theme". I'm in Memphis, Tn and there are a few trucks operating and no one is doing fish. I think there could be a market for fried catfish with a southern twist. My question to you guys is: Are any of you or do you know of anyone doing fried catfish. What are some hang ups/ benefits? Any advise and or criticism is welcomed.
