Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips

How many Arthur Treachers are left? I live in Columbus Ohio thats where Authur Treachers got started in 1969,There was one left in Lancaster Ohio and it closed last month with a sign saying Thank You for 43 years. What caused the decline of the chain. I always thought their fish was good.
