I watch these Jan Bing videos all the time on You Tube, I've seen all of them at least twice...not sure what facinates me so much about them. I've had street food all over the world, but this is one I've never had the chance to try....

The finished product looks like something great to eat on the street on a cold winter's day in Beijing.
