Breakfast along I-4 or I-95 in Florida

Hi All... anyone have a suggestion for breakfast along I-4 or I-95 in Florida. My family and I will be leaving Orlando EARLY, and will probably put about 90min-2HRS in before stopping. Anything in this general area not too far off the interstate?
