Around The Thumb

In the next month or two I plan a trip to Michigan's Thumb area, (Huron Sanilac, and Tuscola counties.) Does anyone know a good place to eat there? I'll listen to any suggestions, any food, breakfast lunch and dinner.
Last week I made a preliminary trip to Algonac, (on the northern end of Lake St Clair.) The trip was kind of rushed so all I managed to get to is a Chinese place next to a Kroger, and a Big Boy. Next time I hope to do better.

We ate at "The Farm" in Port Austin last summer and enjoyed our dinner.
