My family loves Berardi's Family Kitchen, which has been around since 1939.  We stopped there last week on a drive from Fort Wayne, IN to Cleveland, OH.  You really can't go wrong with this menu, and you'll find that the portions are large, for an incredibly reasonable price.
Berardi's is known for its Potato Knoepfle soup, a yummy chicken broth with tender homemade potato dumplings.  But whatever you have, leave room for dessert.  If you like pie, they have several fresh fruit and cream varieties.  I'm told the caramel bread pudding is excellent, but they were sold out (so it probably is).  I had a delicious Peach Crisp with fresh peaches and whipped cream, and the rest of the table had rice pudding.
I would definitely make this a stop if I'm in the area.
