Wine on tap
I was just reading that Florida passed a law allowing bars, restaurants and catering companies to serve wine from taps instead of requiring bottles. Maybe this has been done elsewhere and is not a particularly new thing but I was not aware of it. They said it could reduce the price of a glass of house wine considerably. I've become a recent fan of wine as I really don't care much for beer and the hard stuff anymore but going out for 2-3 glasses of wine can get a little pricy. I think the article said something about stainless steel "casks" and specialized tap equipment. Anyone familiar with this method?
