    Although this is a specialty of the restaurant, it also is a good idea to try at home. Use grapefruit shells (or any citrus fruit, orange, lime, lemon, etc.), chill out, then add sorbet (of same flavor, or even another), add some sort of topping/whipped cream and serve. mmmmmmm.
