Generator

We are wanting to upgrade to a food truck so I'm gathering info.  Can anyone recommend a generator type?  We currently have a gasoline powered Honda for our trailer

i have been using the same honda eu2000i for four years....it runs my refridge/ice cream freezer/small steam plate/small fan and microwave i do have to turn the steam plate off when using the micro....it has been super reliable and more importantly for my customers QUIET.... I would recommend the 3500EU and the 6500EU also depending upon your needs, stay away from those screaming 3,500 RPM models from harbor freight

Honda seems to be the best bet, girlfriend's dad used to use a Honda one for years when he sold things at the swap meet.

same here on the Honda 2000, using about 6 years and still going strong. Costco sells a china Honda knock off for about half the price.
