Renovating a 1985 Chevy P30 Taco Truck Thu, 06/27/13 11:05 PM (permalink)
Hey everyone...glad I found these forums...lots of interesting stuff on here!  I recently bought a 1985 Chevy P30 taco truck and I am renovating it to bring it up to California State Code.  Our goal is to sell buffalo wings, handcut fries, burgers, and sandwiches.
Right now I am working on the engine; doing some gasket replacements, etc.  The truck is getting an Ansul fire suppression system put in above my fryer and flattop grill.  Our truck has some electrolysis damage to the diamond -plate aluminum floor, so I am fixing it and then adding a coat of non-slip flooring epoxy.  I would love to ask some questions to other p30 taco truck owners.

Specifically, anyone know how I can replace the plastic lining on the interior of my truck's refrigeration?  I can't find info anywhere.

Two part shelving to replace the old rusted stuff I took out?  (I had to sawzall it since it was so long)

Any help would be much appreciated.
I will start posting some pics so you can watch our progress.
Thanks!!!
