Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Tutorial

I finally updated my Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Tutorial that had been languishing ever since my website went down a year ago. It is a fully illustrated 14 page PDF document titled "How to Make the Homemade Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich." I hope it is just about everything you need to know. Right now it resides in the Facebook group: Pursuing the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. Check and see if this link takes you there whether you are a member of Facebook or the group. I'm curious.

I got to your Tutorial with no problem.  I'm so glad you used the real pork tenderloin instead of the loin which as we know can tend to be tough.  I often make tenderloin......roasted, grilled, pounded and breaded...it's a great piece of the pig.

As I'm not a member of the Facebook club, I couldn't open the attached link. But I love home made breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches and I'm sure it wouldn't take me very long to figure out how to make them. The true tenderloin over "loins" for sure!

trzhotel, There are very few sites where you can upload a PDF file for public download. Photobucket, Flickr, Tumblr, etc. don't accept them.  I'm not too interested at this time to go to a webhosting service that would allow it. I'm spread out too much as it is.  At this time Facebook seems to be the only service I can post to. Google+ probably does too but I rarely check my account there and choose just to remain pretty inactive.

Twinwillow, Not to toot my horn but you won't find any recipes online or information I packed into 14 pages anywhere else right now nearly as comprehensive.

Still, you are missing a bet not being part of the Pursuing Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches Group on Facebook.

DavyDD:  I bought a sleeve of pork tenderloin today along with some buttermilk and dry mustard and some slider buns.  I have everything else and I intend on doing that on the fourth of July following your instructions.  Thanks for the tutorial.

The file is fine, tested and confirmed by many besides myself. I posted it to an alternate site where Facebook is not needed. I can't troubleshoot someone's computer. It's a PDF file. You need an app that will view PDF files and in this day and age I thought there were few if any who could not.

Davydd,  Made Tenderloin Sandwich's today for supper, following your tutorial...YUM.  Worked just as described....even "She who must be Obeyed" actually liked it and ate the whole sandwich....I on the other hand skipped the sides and ate two of them bad boys.  They weren't hangers but they over filled a large burger bun, and were OUTSTANDING.
    Thanks for posting.

    DavyDD,
I sent you a "friends" request.
    No problem opening it.
I like the Slider idea. Very rarely eat big meals anymore. A Sider or 2 is just right.
Have you ever made up a batch and Froze them? I'm thinking make a batch and freeze them individually and have them to toss in a cast iron skillet with some oil when the BPT Demons strike!

I have frozen some left over breaded pork tenderloin. Once I chopped them up and used them on a pizza later...

    Okay, I updated some links.

Nearly every restaurant makes these in giant batches for efficiency purposes, one place even took a picture of their stack of tenderloins in the freezer, it kinda took the mystery out of it.
