Broasted Chicken

A recent visit to The Corner Stable in Cockeysville, MD plucked a memory chord when I saw this on the menu. I actually went there for the baby back ribs, for which they've built a local following, and decided to try their version of broasted chicken.
I hadn't seen the term 'broasted' (broiled/roasted?) anywhere for years, and was pleasantly surprised to find their rendition was just as I remembered: crisp on the outside, and extra juicy and tender on the inside.
Still looking for someplace that has 'Chicken in the Rough'.
