Boulder Colorado - 70's Sub sandwiches on the Hill

Does anybody remember the name of the sub shop that was a little building that sat in the parking lot on the southwest corner of Broadway and University in the 70's. Today that parking lot has an outdoors/climbing store in the same location. The sub place had killer grilled subs that have never been duplicated as far as I am concerned. Anybody remember????
