Peameal on a bun

I 'd like to hear from anyone who has served this up at their stand and any
suggestions they may have regarding toppings etc. Starting in the spring I'm opening
a sausage stand and part of my target group are early morning fisherman. I'm hoping
coffee and a good ole peameal sandwich might be the ticket. Any suggestions welcomed!
