I don't know about that sushi in Peoria, but I do know that I have discovered the wonders of vegan soy cheese.

No joke: We have a restaurant in the Metro Center (on University) named Sushi Popo, and the Schnucks (chain) grocery store here even sells sushi (with a sign advertising it out in front of their store)! I was going to respond to this, but since I wonthe Mega-million jackp[ot last night, I am too busy fending off would be lawyers and accountants and cousins. Instead, I have decided to buy up 10000 decent roadfood places across America that are having trouble surviving and just let them keep running until the $$ runs out.
