I live in Alaska and the concept would be perfect.

It seems like a lot of work when adding a trailer hitch and hauling a small pop-up trailer would be easier and could be left at the campground, giving you a base for a weekend event. If you accessed it through a hole in the roof over the main part of your truck, the health department might not approve it.

Has anyone ever taken a cargo trailer, taking wheels and axles off, mount on flatbed trailer and build concession trailer?

chef, this is almost exactly what was in mind. The only difference is a outside "porch" such as you see on a lot of bar-b-q trailers sold on e-bay. Have a 6 x 10 cargo trailer, was thinking of mounting it on a 7 x 14 flatbed trailer, outside extra 4 feet will be used to fry out of.  The health dept. here says this is legal, gets me away from the hood and fire suppression system. Just wondering what something like this would look like. Really appreciate the link. Didn`t know if it would be "redneck" but by the youtube movies, redneck or not, look at his lines. Thanks again.
Sorry, did I high-jack this thread?

I don't like the looks of the one in the video and my thinking is the looks of it is somewhat important in my opinion.

Seems like it would be cheaper and better looking to just get a trailer built like we did, we smoke outside so no ventilation needed.
