    Firstly - While I enjoy a good haggis, I prefer my animal stomach stuffed with tibbits of my own choosing, not it's choosing.
    Secondly - Having gutted deer ... I'm going to take a pass on the entire GI system, stem to stern.

        I remember Andrew Zimmern being offered the contents of a freshly-slaughtered cow's stomach in Thailand, which he turned down.  Honestly, I sometimes think the locals on that show take stuff their culture doesn't eat and offer it to him to see if he will.

          I will eat the heart, liver, etc., but the stomach stays in the gut pile for the coyotes and buzzards.
