I was always taught to not cook flesh in aluminum. Reacts badly. What happen to those lead laden clay pots we've always been warned about?..... and what herbs do you use on a human? Garlic? Mild or hot peppers? Salt & Pepper? Cumin? What kind of Salsa? Or do you make fruit /dessert tamales? Powdered sugar order: 200 lb., yikes!

I had the best Cuban tamales in Miami a month ago. I assume they're all over so I won't name the area, and I cannot remember the name of the little dive I got them in, but they were fantastic carl reitz
