Vienna Beef produces their neon green relish for retail sales. It's available at your local Jewel or the Vienna Store located at 2501 N. Damen.

never had the neon green variety. Just the regular pickle relish. What makes it neon green? Is it just food dye?

Vienna's Green Relish is made from: cumbers, water, salt, vinegar, sugar, spices, and turmeric. Whenever a customer questions us about the relish, we tell them it's a byproduct of nuclear waste.
