Chicagostyle,
This bring up a good point. Can I assume, from your statement, that the Neon Green Relish is sweeter than the regular sweet pickle relish? Or is food coloring the only difference between the two?

Born in Rochester, NY (Home of Zweigle's).
I grew up in Dayton, OH area, and didn't see my name at River Front Stadium when I went to watch Johnny Bench, nor did I ever heard people say "Like the hotdog?" when making introductions.

Then my family moved to Rochester in about 1980 and I learned that mine was a household name there, I now live in Albany, NY and am looking forward to the time when my five children will hear, "Like the hotdog?"

As an independent contractor with white-hots, inc. (exclusive distributor of Zweigle's outside Buffalo to Syracuse) I would love to help.

To get Zweigle's at your favorite spots have them call 518-248-HOTS.

          Skuves,

Why are they called White Hots when they are clearly a pre cooked bratwurst? Made primarily of pork and veal, shaped like and tastes like a brat. I suspect it is for marketing reasons? Or perhaps a regional thing. I've e-mailed the company and never got an answer. A good product by the way.

Most hot dog places around here offer weiner sauce (variation on chili), chili or onion sauce as well as 'kraut, chopped raw onion, cheese, mustard and ketchup. Hot dogs sizes range from the standard 6 inches all the way to 2 footers. And the buns must be top split, buttered on the sides and toasted.

Well, if Claire Hummel stills wears her hair in big curls the way she did when she sat in front of me in third grade at Church Street School in Hamden, I'll still refuse to eat Hummel hot dogs.
