In the middle of tofu country, with fatty pride, stands Lulu's.
Wonderful catfish po' boy sandwich. Enough to feed two and choice of side. Comes with drink. All for under 8 bucks.
This place has ribs too, but haven't tried them yet. Fried chicken and creole style shrimp as well.

No, Jarthur! You don't mean it! Not in the People's Republic!
I grew up there but avoid it like the plague nowadays. However, you've definitely piqued my curiousity.
How can they afford prices like that?
