Traditionally, I think, that's an Eastertime product, and there's chives in there too. How I miss Usinger's!

My mother sends me a care package of Usinger sausage every year for Christmas. Its kind of expensive , the shipping is more than the sausage. Still, it's a taste of home. They sell them on their website. Don't buy the selection with all the 8oz. chubs, tyhey send them frozen and they don't freeze well.
