The Blue Tractor in TC looked pretty ids-friendly to me when we've eaten there. Food is pretty decent.

Don's Drive-In on US-31 in the north-eastern corner of Traverse City, a hamburger and milkshake drive-in that has been in business for many, many years (since the 1950s). You can either eat in your car, served by a carhop, or go inside where booths and tables are available.
