waterwheel ice cream and hot dogs

I posted this in the ice cream section but I will post it here also. Anyone familiar with this small chain? There is one for sale in my neck of the woods but I can't find much on the internet about them. The place is a little run down and the owner has beany babies and other yard sale items on the front for sale. I believe with a kick in the menu and some creative marketing it could do something.

If this is a Chain and its run down then no ones watching.............Hot dogs and Icecream are an easy concept..............If you like the Idea, start your own and don't pay for a Chain operation.........Bill

No, I'd rather not sign any agreements, especially since the guy doesn't open till 1:00 in the afternoon. Thought I might be able to just lease the building from him. Just wanted to know what I was up against when I went to him. This one is supposed to be the first one. Not to far from a Burger King and a defunct Arby's and across the driveway from an ice machine. Apparently his system isn't working so I don't want a part of his nightmare. ... Hey, where did you get the logo, did you find a website?

Sadly, I think the guy that owns this one owns the franchise.
