guys and gals
am interested in western ky style bbq
have had some
liked it
like chopped mutton very much
what are some good joints of this style
and the different sauce recipes
have had sweetish tomato based and a more vinegarry pepperry style so far
the latter was great on mutton and worked with pork and beef as well
no burgoo yet...
we'll have to change that
