Hi All,
Ya know in the back of Bon Apetit magazine, (I think.) There's a short article on a famous person and what they cook/eat/like, etc...

I love the part when they ask :

What three items are always in your refridgerator?

for me

1.best foods or hellmans mayonaise
2.seltzer water
3.jars and jars and jars of condiments (mustard, pickles, chutney)

sooooo......What three items are ALWAYS in your refridgerator?????

Leftovers that are too old to bother eating, but too good to throw away.

1. Bottled water
2. Orange Juice
3. Mayonnaise and other condiments: with a question that someone here
probably knows: why is it Best Foods Mayonnaise west of the Rockies
and Hellmann's everywhere else?
(like what McCormick did with their brands: in the West, they were
under the Schilling label [|)] )

beer,eggs and gin in the freezer

Best Foods mayo, Rolling Rock bottles, xtra lg brown eggs

Garlic, condiments, beer. In that order.

Beer, Lettuce, eggs

Lots of Condiments
Eggs
Bottled Water

Milk
Juice
Beer

Coke, Yuengling, yogurt.

Ketchup
Margarine
Onions

Garlic-stuffed olives
Random condiments
Eggs

Geez, that was actually kinda hard. I run out of almost everything at some point, so "always" doesn't really apply most of the time.

I meant to say..! I agree. I "always" have eggs, just ran out. Used 18 eggs since Tuesday making egg and chicken salads for lunches, poached eggs and pancakes for my sons breakfast. Need more eggs.

I hear ya. I've gone through about six dozen since mid-December between baking and breakfasts and trying new recipes. However, if I have less than a dozen I usually pick some up, so I truly am "never" out of eggs.

How do you use capers? I've only had them with lox & bagels, and in sauces. Since you have a "huge jar", you obviously use them often. Please expound...
