woman $100 bought restaurant.

The Milwaukee woman laid down a $100 bill and bought a restaurant. It's a "socially conscious" eatery on Milwaukee's South Side. I know of several that you can have for free "Just assume their debts" in fact I know of one that will include the property too.

I almost bought a small bagel cafe in the early '80s. That assuming all debt part (Thank God I found out about the debt) was the closer.
The new owners lasted two months.
