I would say the worst BBQ and service I ever got was in Gatlinburg, Tennessee at a place called Bennett's Barbeque. We had a very poor quality meal, too pricy, with lousy service and when I later wrote to the company about it all they did was apologize and offer no compensation for the poor experience. It was highly rated by AAA so we were puzzled by the whole thing. Maybe it would be better now (we went two years ago this month). Anyone else been there? Your experience? Thanks...
