"This is Dyer's smaller combo plate, with one portion of three meats. The larger combo has two portions of each. I chose ribs, brisket and Polish sausage. The onion rings are especially luscious. In the background is a basket of Texas toast and a bowl of beans. Also on the plate is a cup of strange, sweet apricot sauce."
