With the exception of a small hunk of pineapple-glazed ham loaf (at 3 o'clock), here's a meatless plate from the Quinet's smorgasbord. In the center are homemade noodles. Barely visible at the top are baked beans; then, clockwise, cornbread, the ham loaf, mac 'n' cheese, buttered carrots, butter beans and Brussels sprouts.

The dessert choices here are staggering. I counted 17 different pies alone to choose from, plus puddings, cookies and cakes.
