Good salsa comes with chips at the beginning of the meal.  The salsa is also good for heating up guacamole or later courses, if you like four-alarm food.  Most of what La Cabana serves rates fairly modest numbers on the Scoville Scale of chile hotness.  The teeny-weenie limes on the left are good for spritzing on just about everything that comes to the table.
