Half-smokes will always be the focus of attention when we visit Weenie Beenie, but the BBQ sandwich should not be ignored. This is North Carolina style, with moist pork and just a touch of vinegary sauce, plus cool slaw.

A large variety of eye-catching cakes sit prominently inside the ordering window. The lemon cake is moist and delicious. The coconut cake we tried was dry and tasted old.

This is just one panel of the menu board. Note how you can order a half smoke or just a hot dog. Everyone in line around us was ordering the half smokes and chili smokes.

The Weenie Beenie in Arlington is the last remaining of a small chain. For dining accomodations there are the picnic tables on the left, or the hood of your car.
