"Being from NYC originally, I know good Jewish delicatessen food, and Kornblatt's is the best I have ever had west of the Hudson River! Even the free pickles that come with every entree are super-crunchy and actually snap when you break them, a rarity anywhere outside ..."   [Read More]

The secret of great matzoh brei (aside from lots of butter) is a proper balance between crumbled-up matzoh crackers and the eggs that bind them. You don't want it too eggy, nor should the matzoh be dry. Kornblatt's version is a very good one.
