This Pacific Northwest chain of fast food eateries is fanatical about using local ingredients and doing everying in the greenest possible way (wind power, old oil recycled into biodiesel); but the reason we love it is the delicious burgers, especially when topped with Rogue River blue cheese and thick-sliced bacon. Also not to be missed: hazelnuts milk shake.
