Baba À Louis

Route 11, Chester, VT - (802) 875-4666
Baba À Louis is mostly a bakery and only minimally a restaurant, but with morning coffee you can have some of the most delicious sticky buns on the planet, plus croissants or oven-hot breadstuffs. From the Baba A Louis web site:
"From the Baba A Louis web site: "There is a real treat nestled amongst the Green Mountains in Chester, Vermont. Next to an old barn, John McLure and Ruth Zezza have constructed a building that is very difficult to describe other than to say it is beautiful... Somewhat hiddden from the main road, the bakery welcomes you with enchanting one-of-a-kind windows, lots of natural lighting, radiant heat from the italian tiles and the smell of bread baking.""
