I was curious how this sundae made with coffee ice cream got its name, but I forgot to ask.  That is shredded white chocolate and chopped almonds on top, along with the obligatory whipped cream and cherry.  The hot fudge comes on the side.

For sundaes that include hot fudge, it comes in a small pitcher on the side, so that you can add it when and where needed.  If they ask if you want it heated, say YES!
