Kevin's Hamburger Heaven looks like a dump. The waitresses are diner veterans. Watch as the grill chef ice-cream-scoops a portion of fresh ground beef onto the hot grill and then smashes it down with a metal flattener and sprinkles it with "special seasoning." The result is a crusty, well-seasoned, juicy burger on a toasted bun.
