Cherokee Dining on 12th Avenue

1201 Cherokee, Denver, CO - (303) 623-0346
Cherokee specializes in big skillet breakfasts that are mish-mashes of multiple ingredients piled atop fried potatoes. We very much liked my "cop shop" of potatoes, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, melted cheese, and pico de gallo topped with a couple of over-easy fried eggs.

A close view of the Cop Shop platter shows how all its ingredients are nicely interwoven. This is one heck of a large platter of food!

We liked these honey-wheat pancakes, which really did taste like they were made using a from-scratch batter.
