In the tourist wasteland that is modern Roswell, La Posta remains the off-the-beaten-path winner for delicious New-Mex food and local color. The breakfast plates that include chorizo, jalapeños, refried beans, and flour tortillas are five-star in our book, and the fountain horchata further proves that La Posta is a necessary rest stop for fuel when unraveling Roswell’s alien conspiracies.
