These hamburgers are not junk food. Grill-cooked using daily-ground 82% lean beef, they are large, succulent, and full-flavored, cooked to rosy-pink medium-rare unless you specify differently. Instead of buns, BS&F uses slabs of thick toast that are buttered and grilled to add extra savor. A single 1/3-pound patty is slightly unwieldy; a double is an eating challenge, especially if you pile on the extras.
