The sausage pie is a revelation with rugged, local sausage, but the veggie pie crosses the finish line first: not one vegetable dominates here, as it strikes a perfect balance between the earthy flavors of onion, eggplant, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, broccoli, and artichokes.
