Bacon, pulled pork, and ham are stacked on top of each other. Fabulous right off the line, it was made even better with the mustard sauce. A truly outstanding sandwich worthy of the praise heaped upon it.

Slows makes five sauces. All are good but two really stand out. Although the Apple and Sweet are nice, the Spicy (while not very spicy) is even better. The NC and Mustard sauces are, however, the clear winners. The NC hints strongly at Buffalo chicken wing sauce and clearly would be terrific on poultry. The mustard sauce has a nice honey like sweetness for great balance, perfect for pork.

Catfish is simply outstanding, crispy on the outside with gentle-textured fish inside. The light tempura doesn’t overpower the delicate flavor of the fish and the Creole mustard remoulade is an excellent complement.

Brisket enchiladas are not good enough for a second try but certainly are satisfying. One criticism I have is that the beef has very little Q taste. It tastes like beef but has no real Q hints.
