"Ed's fish sandwich is barely pickupable. Those crisp-fried whiting filets weigh in at about a pound. Note the splotches of hot sauce, the pickles and mustard on the fish and the crisp raw onions poking out from underneath the bread. This sandwich is a soul-food classic."
