Beto’s may serve America’s most unique pizza: large sheets of tomato-sauced crust, topped with shredded provolone and toppings of your choice, both of which are added only after the pizza comes out of the oven. Each bite is one-half baked crust and gooey cheese, one-half room-temp toppings and unmelted cheese. This Pittsburgh-style juxtaposition of baked and unbaked is sensational and, if you’re not careful, completely addictive.
