Carolina Cider Company

81 Charleston Highway, Yemassee, SC - (843) 846-1899

We stopped in just a few days before your last reviewer and loved the place. Picked up several bottles of various ciders (cherry is my favorite), some jams, and a miniature strawberry pie; all delicious. Being able to taste the various ciders is a big plus. I only wish we could have taken a big pie, but being on the road made this difficult.

Our GPS (Magellan) took us to a different location about a mile away, so be alert when you get in the area. It is the only business on that stretch of road.

Cherry and Muscadine grape cider were featured attractions when we drove by in late September.

On the porch outside the store, these rockers look like an excellent place to sip a jug of cider and snack on boiled peanuts.

We didn't see much more to the town of Yemassee than this cider store. Heading south on Highway 17, it's just before the turnoff for Parris Island.
