Harry's Roadhouse - Santa Fe, NM

Posted by Sue Huot on August 05, 2009

Harry's is definitely the place for locals to meet. Visitors too. Harry is usually there, and he knows NM food and East Coast specials. I, a native of Baltimore, had one of the best Maryland blue crab cakes at Harry's.

Any dessert Peyton (Harry's wife) puts her thumb in is marvelous. You will NEVER find a better chocolate cream pie anywhere than at Harry's. Great meals abound. Turkey enchiladas! Breakfast is wonderful.

And you know what? The staff is wonderful too. Guaranteed, if you live in Santa Fe, you will become addicted to Harry's. Everything on their menu and all of their specials are just that: special. One of the best places to eat in Santa Fe, NM. I'm glad I didn't have to drive a hundred miles, only seven. We've NEVER had a bad meal or experience at Harry's.

These are truly fabulous cinnamon rolls and, by the cook's own account, one of her favorite restaurant rituals.

In the late spring, summer, and early fall this is a fine place to eat your meal.
