Lindstrom Bakery - Lindstrom, MN

Similar to a regular sinker, but richer, darker, and with a crisp, lusciously oily surface, Londstrom Bakery's glazed Scandinavian donut is about as close to total sugar satisfaction as a fry-kettle can produce. The cake-rich rounds of dough are available plain or cinnamon-sugared, both of which are superb, and there are donut holes and lighter raised donuts, too.

Just to the left of the front door is a little sitting area where you can enjoy Lindstrom's pastries immediately.
