When you sit down at Obrycki’s, the waiter will ask if you are interested in crabs. If you nod “yes,” he will spread the table with brown paper and tell you what size they are today and how much you’ll be paying. For large ones, the lprice will be on the far side of a $50 bill -- not a cheap meal, but a spectacularly good one, and a Chesapeake Bay classic all adventurous eaters need to try.
