Greasy Nick's

755 Pelham Road, New Rochelle, NY - (914) 636-9869
Formally named Leno's Clam Bar (but never called that by anybody), Greasy Nick's is vaguely reminiscent of a New England clam shack, but with a city grit that is far removed from anything you'll find along the coast of Maine. Although the clams can be good, they aren't always. Better to have a cheeseburger with fried onions, a fine summer lunch.

You can dine indoors (which nobody does - there'd be no point in coming here), outside under cover, or at these completely outdoor tables.

The sign may say Leno's Clam Bar, but it's universally known as Greasy Nick's.
