This bears little resemblance to what one expects a silk pie to be.  It is incredibly thick and rich and begs to be eaten with a tall glass of milk.

The surprise of our meal was the peach cobbler.  It was loaded with cinnamon which, to our tastes, blended well with the peaches.

They were just setting up the lunch buffet as we were leaving.  The fried chicken looked good and deserves further investigation!
